CNIC/B-form nust

If Some one does not have a CNIC/B-form Right now.We suggest that you should apply for the CNIC or B-form NOW.. The procedure for your CNIC/B-form will be completed in a month but on the first day of application of your CNIC/B-form you will be provided with the Form on which a number will be written that number will be your CNIC number.. Have that form copied and keep its copy with yourself.. that original form is to be submitted to NADRA after attestation .. you can apply on the Base of that number given in that form.. and then by the date of the test we hope you will have your CNIC with you. and suppose if not then you can take that copied form to the test centre and tell them that you have applied for the CNIC/B-form.

First Year MBBS and BDS Government Medical and Dental Institution of the Punjab Admission session 2013-2014 has announced for the applicants whose appeared in the UHS Test 2013. Punjab medical and dental government institutions and Colleges are invited for the the Admission applications for those candidates who have the domicile and are the residential of the Punjab Provence or Islamabad Residential. But they must be appeared in the September 2013 University of Health and Sciences (UHS) Entry Test they can are eligible for the Admission Application Submission.

Important Instructions:

Admission Application Form Submission Last date is November 2013 and After the The Due date November 2013 after office timing Application will be not considered. The documents whose sent will be along the Application Form will be consider final. So advice to those applicants whose apply for the paper rechecking in the Board they complete their All process before the Last date. In the case of foreign Studies like A level, O level and American 12th Grade candidates will be show their equivalent certificate from the chairman of Intermediate Board Committee.

Punjab Medical and Dental Institutions Admission 2013 for MBBS/BDS, Schedule, Selection List

Candidates will give their preference for medical and dental colleges in one single admission form which once given shall be final and cannot be changed subsequently. An applicant shall not be considered for a college he/ she has not named in his/ her order of preference. One candidate can only submit one form. There is no need to submit separate forms for MBBS and BDS. Forms once submitted shall not be returned. Incomplete or unsigned admission forms will be rejected.

For admission against Open Merit seats, only those candidates having an aggregate score of 80% or above marks(excluding Huffaz-e-Quran) can apply According to PMDC Regulations, aggregate marks shall be calculated by adding the marks as follows:
Matric or Equivalent —— 10%
FSc or Equivalent —— 40%
UHS Entrance Test —— 50%

The aforementioned condition is not applicable to candidates seeking admission against any category of reserved seats (Disabled Students, Under-Developed Districts, Cholistan) who can apply if they fulfill basic eligibility criteria as laid down in the Prospectus and also available on here.

There are 09 seats available on Reciprocal basis for Punjab domiciled candidates in the medical colleges of Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtoon Khawah (KPK ) and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). Candidates applying against open merit seats can exercise their option for these seats as well. No separate application will be invited for these seats.

ADMISSION TEST
The NUST admission test is held in all major cities. The date is announced each year through media and the NUST office should be contacted for application forms and prospectus.
The AMCollege enterance test [dates announced in local press] is also held each year in all major cities of Pakistan. Results are announced in the national press and successful candidates are issued call-up letters by mail. Final selection however is based on passing the enterance exam, medical criteria, intelligence exam and the interview.
The weightage of subjects in the preparation of merit lists is as under:- Biology - - 40%
Chemistry - - 30%
Physics - - 15%
English - - 15%


FOREIGN STUDENTS
Foreign students and expatriates have an altogether different selection procedure. Some countries including Nepal, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Jordan, UAE, Afghanistan and Malaysia have military accords with the Pakistan Military and thus their military doctors are accepted for training in AMCollege.
Expatriates should contact their respective Pakistani embassy for further assistance. You are encouraged to directly contact the NUST headquarters or the AMCollege at the following addresses.

SEATS AVAILABLE
MBBS:
The total number of seats for each entry may vary but is usually around 110 to 120 in all. Out of these, half are for regular cadets enrolled in the Pakistan Army while rest are for paying cadets and NUST cadets. 10 seats are reserved for girls and 40 seats for boys, joining the Pakistan Army.
40 seats for NUST cadets including boys and girls, selection based on enterance exam.
30 seats are for Paying cadets, both boys and girls, based on selection by GHQ W&R Dte. BDS
course usually has 20 to 40 seats available including half of them reserved for cadets joining the Pakistan Army.



Eligibility Criteria
FSc (Pre-Medical) from any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or an equivalent qualification {Overseas High School Certificate/ British General Certificate of Education (Advanced level)/ International Baccalaureate} with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, as approved by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC). Any other combination will not be accepted.
A minimum of 60% aggregate marks each in Matric and in FSc (excluding NCC marks)/ equivalent exams. No deviation in this regard is allowed.
Age limit for MBBS and BDS students is 17 to 25 years.
Marital Status:- Unmarried till rules are revised.

MBBS / BDS Admission at Army Medical College (AMC)

Admission
Admission to the AMCollege is through Army Selection Centers which is based on entry test examination held by the college followed by routine military procedures before fully enlisting candidates in Pakistan Army.
The NUST, with which the college is now affiliated, holds a separate enterance exam for its students which are not enrolled in the army and study as paying students.
The Paying Cadets are selected directly by the GHQ.

At ISSB, they are looking for alert, motivated candidates who have the potential to complete the long. Arduous and expensive training which faces all newly commissioned officers in the service. The selection board is looking for many things, such as clear thinking, the ability of remain calm under stress and strain, team skills and willingness to participate. We don’t want you to be dull or spiritless. Be honest, straight forward and frank. Don’t display over confidence, false projection or superficial behavior. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to Masters Degree Programme in Health Professions Education (MHPE).

Eligibility:
Health Professionals (MBBS/BDS/BSc (Hons) in Allied Health Sciences and Nursing and equivalent) with minimum three years teaching experience as a faculty member in Medical / Dental / Allied Health Sciences / Nursing Institutions.
Preference will be given to Postgraduate Diploma Holders in Health Professions Education having certification from HEC recognized institutes.


SELECTION CRITERIA:
The selection of the candidates shall be on merit. The applicants fulfilling the criteria will be required to appear for interview before Admission Committee of University of Health Sciences Lahore.
